This appeals, not least to our international guests, who feel they really get a taste of the West of Sweden when they enjoy our food. These taste sensations very often become a memory for life.

I nurse the brand and am passionate about the networking between the restaurants. It’s not based on competition but on cooperation. It depends on everybody taking responsibility for developing both the food and the mealtime experiences of the West of Sweden.
