Bookings/product purchases are made directly with the product owner whose name is stated on the booking.

  • Booking confirmation with reference number will be issued when you register your credit card.
  • Payment should be made direct to the establishment on arrival.
  • Cancellations must be made no later than 24 hours before the date of arrival.
  • Cancellations should be made directly to the establishment.
  • For non-arrival or late cancellation, the full accommodation cost will be charged.
  • Any complaints should be made to the supplier.
